Hi, I’m Nick!

I’m a Certified Sommelier from Lafayette, Louisiana. I specialize in creating private events with themed, seasonal wine and food pairings, combining my training in wine theory, blind tasting, and tableside service to deliver unforgettable experiences.

My passion for wine began during my college years at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. While working as a busser at Ruffino’s on the River, I became fascinated with drink service and started studying wine to move up in the industry. That decision changed my life—and the rest, as they say, is history.

As a South Louisiana sommelier, I’m carving my own path in a region without a wine-producing culture. My journey has taken me across the country and around the world.

I spend my summers working in Washington to expand my knowledge and skills. My ultimate goal? To become Louisiana’s first Master Sommelier. Cheers to the journey!
